Celebrating the holiday of Tu B’Shvat in our generation is not a memory of the past.  It is a prophecy you can taste, as the once-barren hills of Israel now overflow with fruit – just as the prophets foretold in the Bible. 

 

Mark Twain walked this land in the 19th century and described it as desolate and empty.  Today those same hills bloom with vineyards, orchards, and life – a living sign that redemption is unfolding in our time.
