President Trump has announced another potential deal with Iran, and many people are already reacting with fear, anger, or excitement.

My message is simple: Don’t panic.

Some people misunderstand me. They assume that when I say not to panic, I mean the deal will never happen. That is not what I am saying. I have no idea whether it will happen or not. What I do know is that no agreement will change the fundamental nature of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The regime’s jihadi ambitions, its hatred of Israel or the USA, and its desire to spread its jihad throughout the world are not going away because of signatures on a piece of paper.
