Historic News from Israel! Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the Samaria Regional Council have signed a landmark framework agreement that marks one of the most significant developments in Judea and Samaria in decades.

The agreement includes the construction of 12,000 new housing units, thousands of square meters of commercial, industrial, and hotel space, and an investment of 8.5 billion shekels. It is part of a broader vision to establish 18 new Jewish communities in northern Samaria, including rebuilding the four communities destroyed during the 2005 Gaza and Northern Samaria Disengagement.
