A few weeks ago, I had the privilege of interviewing Rabbi David Peretz, the Chief Rabbi of the Shevet Achim Sephardic Jewish community in Panama City, and I was truly blown away by the strength of his community and the powerful lessons Jewish communities around the world can learn from it.
