Back in 2014 Israel’s parliament, the Knesset, passed a law that designated Nov.30th as the annual, national day of commemoration for the 850,000 Jewish refugees who were displaced and expelled from Arab countries and Iran during the 20th century.

With all the world’s focus on the Arab “refugees”, too few people know about the 850,000 Jewish refugees. This is just part of their story. It is important that we raise the issue of the Jewish refugees whenever the topic of the Arab refugees is raised.
